Incabus Systems is an experienced IT company that has the knowledge that's needed in the future. Our work consists of ensuring that your IT works according to your needs.

What we do

We help companies with IT operations and IT support, both on-site and via remote support. We can take responsibility for your entire IT environment or step in as a reliable reinforcement when you need extra expertise. The operation can take place on your own premises, in a data center or in the cloud - always with the goal of creating a stable, secure and smooth IT everyday life that suits your needs.

Security as standard

We build long-term customer relationships where trust is crucial. That is why we work structuredly with information security and data protection. Our working method is based on ISO/IEC 27001 and we handle personal data in accordance with GDPR. With privacy first as our principle, we consider privacy at every step — from design and implementation to operation and follow-up.

This means, among other things, that we

  • plan security and privacy from the start in every assignment
  • restricts access and monitors permissions on an ongoing basis
  • documents routines and works on continuous improvements
  • has clear processes for incidents, deviations and follow-up
  • sets requirements for suppliers and works with agreements and division of responsibilities

Who we are

Incabus Systems AB was founded in 2000 and is a privately owned IT company. We are a committed team of IT specialists who enjoy making the complex simple – and who think that really good IT is as much about people as it is about technology.

We work closely with our customers, focusing on long-term thinking, clear communication and an everyday life where IT just works. Our services are primarily aimed at small and medium-sized companies in Sweden, but we also help customers internationally.
